There is too much paper work to complete for every project which can sometimes produce delays in project completion.

Cons

Their locations from a Engineering standpoint are not the most favroable in my opinion. Im not really a small town girl and Im not really a fan of Cincinnati. And I would say that over 80% of their plant locations are in rural areas
