Pros

I can’t really think of any pros of coming all the way to Jackson Georgia to be underpaid and under appreciated. Your supervisor will be insanely incompetent as well.

Cons

There is a serious laundry list of problems at this warehouse. They will give you the impression it’s. The best place to be in the world but you Quickly find out you’re overworked and underpaid. They find many many new ways to increase responsibility while upper leadership place blame on lower tiered workers. Workplace is lowkey toxic. And it’s also way better options with better pay in the surrounding area. Some of their best this site had to offer left or were wrongfully terminated due to favoritism.

Pros

Insurance You can dress as casually as you want. If you are an office worker, you can generally work from anywhere

Cons

"Not my job" mentality is rampant and people try to pin their responsibilities on others You will be bullied and harassed if you don't toe the corporate line The thing about "great people" is a lie Some taka advantage of the system and literally don't do anything

Pros

The financial and benefit compensation is the biggest draw

Cons

I will never recommend this plant to anyone. Toxic management, sexual harassment, bullying, sabotaging, gaslighting, no work life balance, racism, sexism… you name it? This plant has it. Don’t go to HR because they will tell you it’s the “plant environment”. Every bit of confidence I had as a new college engineering grad was stripped from me from leadership. I was called names, cursed at, accused of things I didn’t do, made fun of, personal details of confidential meetings were shared by leadership to my peers.
