Pros

* Lots of support to grow and develop * Neuro diverse friendly * Promotes Continuous learning * Great managers

Cons

* Below industry level pay structure and unfair compensation * Very slow progression * Slow paced environment which leaves speedy employees quite frustrated * Promotion for neuro-diverse employees is still fraught with numerous challenges which means that despite great contributions they are left behind during compensation and promotions (the outdated promotion criteria which disregards neuro-diversity does not help but is fortunately being looked at)
