Pros

- Considerable cash comp at Band 2+ - World-class expertise within Brand Management - Cincinnati provides high quality of life and increasingly-vibrant atmosphere - The P&G brand, itself, carries weight - Easy to fly under-the-radar once hired, if career is not your top priority

Cons

- Young tech professionals should not join. IT leadership is drastically weaker than Brand counterparts. - Subpar benefits. Most notably: no 401k match. - Nickel-and-diming of employees (low-quality food, parking, some insurance options, etc. come at employee expense) - Inflexibility on remote work
