Pros

Huge potential for learning and growth. Great support from amazing mentors, leaders and collegues. Important responsibilities from day one. Degree apprenticeship better suited me. Genuine productivity aids feelings of fulfillment.

Cons

Very different experience to traditional university - But that can be a benefit. Takes a while to perfectly nail down Work/Life/Student balance. Pressure to have an "impact" can feel a bit overwhelming starting out - However, I would say the feeling you get when you have a genuine impact on the business and people outweighs the cons.
