Pros

You have a lot of responsibility and the company invests in your growth as a leader a lot. Overall people are very nice and helpful and encourage mentorship. You have the ability to learn a lot of different functions and can change roles around the company.

Cons

Getting promotions and raises is very manager dependent and being in the right place at the right time. Very slow moving because of how many approvals you need to get work done.

Pros

You’re allowed to make mistakes and people are very nice - it makes it easier to integrate

Cons

The entry level roles don’t have much visibility and recognition, which makes it harder to get to the next level
