Pros

Great people, great resources and great training. You constantly feel motivated to be better and learn more. Also, a great number of brands and categories to choose from.

Cons

Upper management is getting out of touch with the shift in today's economy. Lack of retained value to young talent is an emerging issue. Many new companies are making retaining top talent a priorirty and P&G has fallen behind in this regard.
