      Pros

      Best place to work at the beginning of your career- recruiters are all over you. Its like getting a second masters because you learn so much and have such an ability to affect the business.

      Cons

      Alot of pressure in brand to deliver more business results than the next guy and do the build the organization activities. Impossible to have a true work life balance. Everyone works on vacation and emails go through the weekend. You'll be much happier with yourself if you just dedicate yourself to your career and don't try to divide yourself between work and home.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, great opportunities, highly reputable company, and unlimited learning possibilities! The majority of people I've worked with have been very friendly and dedicated at the low to mid management levels.

      Cons

      Very conservative environment, extremely demanding and tedious work at times, history of simply moving "difficult and unproductive people" to other positions or departments, reluctance to promote unless you're connected with the "right group" of people, and hard to retain the best of the best!
