Pros

Prestige. In Cincinnati, P&G is a very prestigious place to work. P&G makes brands most people have heard of and it is exciting to work on those products.

Cons

Career opportunities are designed for Chemical Engineers and, as such, all management are chemical engineers. It is not at all unusual for a non-engineer to work for the company for 20+ years and be subjected to a middle manager who is 24 and has never had a job.
