Pros

I absolutely loved working for this company, great hours, great people, promotions from within, excellent place to start a career. The cafeteria food is amazing! Plus product giveaways through out the year.

Cons

As the new person you will be the one first up to pick up the overtime shifts, no air conditioning so it does get warm but they have giant shop fans to help keep you cool.

Pros

Pay increases regularly, can get up to 80k+ in 2-3 years if you keep on top of trainings.

Cons

Slightly disorganized, and you have to push for your own trainings to get promotions.

Pros

Pays very well. That's the only perk to Proctor and Gamble.

Cons

1. Management doesn't have a clue as to how to run the machines. But try to tell floor workers how to run their machines better. 2. Management is NEVER present so if you need the help or resources from said management good luck ever getting said help. 3. Management only comes in when someone is in trouble. 4. They don't put money towards the machines that make the toothbrushes it's going downhill.
