Pros

Extremely professional and respectful. I found P&G is the best company about their interns and they believe that young people are the future of the company.

Cons

Main cons about the company is that the interview process was a little bit long and demand two trips to company HQ - I think that IQ test could be managed in regional offices.

Pros

Continous training, excellent support for all activities, above the normal benefits and salary. Ability to grow.

Cons

Lots of time consuming, burocratic and sometimes too leader-subjective decision making. Slow growing because of too big scale.
