Pros

- Very principle based - Positive company image - Very competitive environment, so you are energized to give your best - Competent talents

Cons

- Director levels (whichever business unit you work for) are often confused of their own choices and end up blaming those who execute their decisions - Not very competitive in their pay (yeah, it's not so bad, but it's not great compared to the work you have to do) - Slow in decision making
