Pros

The company truly cares about its employees. Great work/life balance. Challenging experiences. Supportive and encouraging environment. Upper level management is approachable.

Cons

Like any big corporation, there are politics. I think P&G still has some work to do to continue to attract college age kids. The "hire from within" structure makes it imperative that the company can appeal to the 20-22 age group and although it has made significant progress, there's still definitely more room for improvement.
