Pros

Great benefits package overall Reasonable work/life balance Variety of assignments Lots of great people

Cons

Lack of clear focus/key targets under new CEO (improving in last year but still not great) Way too little focus on what you deliver & way too much on image & exposure Lack of transparency on pay & well below inflation payrises for most people over the last 5 years (unless they were promoted in that time)
