Pros

great place for learning marketing respected company to have on your resume Cincinnati has low costs compared to the east coast

Cons

little to no work life balance no bonus below brand manager level while at other companies, bonuses come with the first assignment

Opportunity to travel and work with global cross functional teams.

Cons

Process driven. The maze prevents brilliant thinking and quickly moving forward on any projects. Design Managers become managers of meetings and process, not design. You can only use 5% of your talents. No career path for designers.
