Pros

Stable work environment, challenging projects, capable coworkers and a surprising amount of work-life balance. People are friendly and will help you out if you ask for it. P&G provides great training and is a good place to start working. They also promote from within and rotate you between functions frequently, meaning you can have a long, successful career if you stick with them.

Cons

Management tends to be a bit on the traditional and conservative side. Sometimes it's hard to get past the bureaucracy but for the most part you have freedom to do your job.

Pros

Very good investment in employees trainings and satisfaction. Access to broad range of online trainings, software and resources that can help an individual grow very fast both, personally and professionally. Excellent marketing expertise, one interested in developing in the marketing area can learn the most advanced and newest marketing tools and applications within P&G. I believe the company is one of the best in corporate and social responsibility, as well as R&D worldwide.

Cons

One of the few cons is the lack of very good coaching and mentoring within the company (from line-up managers overall), mostly because of lack of time and priority.
