Pros

They sell you on the stability of a large company and that they only hire the best and the brightest. All of which is BS.

Cons

Managers are usually people who take credit for your work and blame you for their mistakes. Managers there like to change things for recognition and are moved on before the consequences of their changes are felt.

Pros

Great for a fresh graduate Very good reputation - looks great in your CV

Cons

Almost all initiatives given from the center, no opportunity to be creative just to execute Some people are really pushy and they are those who get promoted Very multinational company culture = brainwashing from the first moment Good washing powder company but poor focus on other products Trainings consume a lot of time without any bigger value added

Pros

Great strategic thinking and leadership from all employees. Long-range plans and collaborative teams. Great way to learn functional expertise and good benefits.

Cons

Too much focus on internal management. Lots of time spent ensuring all scenarios are covered. Too much distaste or failure from senior management.
