Pros
Excellent training! Scope of responsibilities is broad and challenging.
Cons
The company seems to place too much emphasis on advocacy when evaluating promotions, and career couples are places at a competitive advantage over people who have spouses working else where (other than P&G). This is very different from other companies where career couples are often discouraged due to possibilities of nepotism. Nepotism does happen and it can put people in awkward situations. Promotions are sometimes not based on merit, but based on word-of-mouth. Kiss-asses get promoted faster than people who perform well but don't kiss up.
