Pros

Access to exhaustive sources of information in pretty much any area of business expertize. High level of responsibility for every level - learning by being taught but also and in equal manner by being allowed to do things on your own. Investment behind growing capabilities (e.g. trainings, coaching, mentor-ship system, etc).

Cons

Huge workload - if not careful it can fast & easily lead to burn out - in the last years even more so than ever. Extreme pressure & high competitiveness environment. For specific functions, even at lower levels of management, the "up or out" system means that working 10-12 hours/ day is just not going to cut it.
