Pros

The MBA equivalent as they say really is something else on it's own but you don't get everything out of it.

Cons

Stuck in a silo. Obvious flaws that cannot be changed due to corporate structure. Worth working at, for a couple of years.

Pros

- lots of flexibility in your first year - you have real ownership and responsibility for your work - lots of support, albeit not always good, from managers if you need it - ok salary and perks - company car if you're in Sales

Cons

Slow career progression Overly bureacratic, too many acronyms used that few people really understand Very slow, often takes ages to get simple internal processes done Success is based more on relationships with managers than actual contribution to team Lots of driving in your first year Your locational preferences are not guaranteed
