Pros

Working with some of the best and brightest people Challenging jobs with a lot of opportunity to learn Many different types of work experiences wtihin the company Relatively fair performance and rating evaluation process

Cons

Promotion timings have been delayed, it takes way too long to grow Complexity. In some roles, half of the time is spent in internal transactions Used to be cutting edge, seems like we are one more of the pack now. After relocation, localization packages are not as good compared to home country ones.
