Pros

Financially stable company Opportunity to impact consumer lives daily One of the few remaining companies offering profit sharing

Cons

The company's divisions have undergone a recent reorganization with losses/consolidation of mid-level/upper management. There is no clear defined career for some functions or clearly defined leadership.
