Cons

Performance evaluation could be more objective and quantitative. Work life balance is no easy feat Training opportunity should be encouraged by all level of management

Pros

Value People, value science, a lot of useful trainings. Employees grow very fast in such an environment. Employees respect one another. Good communications.

Cons

A little hierachical, some countries are not global pay, so the salaries are not competitive. Sometimes, work pressure is a little high.
