      Pros

      You are able to make your own schedule you decide when you come and go. The work is never monogomous.

      Cons

      You are ranked based on your degree. They basically think your degree decides how capable you are at fullfilling your jobs. Engineers are praised here.

      P&G is a Marketing person's dream to work for. High challenge competetive environment. You are given on the job training constantly.

      Cons

      Not for people who don't want to contribute long long hours. High stress. The company engulfs your life. Most of the people working there are alpha types, which creates a very competitive company culture.
