Pros

Variety of positions. Great learning ground, especially for marketing.

Cons

It is promote from within, and there is a track of individuals. Therefore, acceleration up the path usually doesnot occur. Each individual in brand starts at the bottom. This has pros and cons.

P&G's purpose, values & principles - they guide what we do and how we do it. Very inspiring to know we are guided by a core set of principles. It also makes decision making easier. Good people - principle guided recruitment makes sure that we all have a sense for winning in common International environment - I work with people on 3 continents every day. Inspiring as well as challenging. You are bound to learn something new every day. Collaboration - everybody is willing to help

Salary is not competitive vs. chemical industry Work environment (buildings) are a bit dated
