Pros

Great firm - tremendous people - great resume builder - outstanding training - best in class work conditions. You will learn a lot in a variety expect. You are give total ownership of a business from day one with best in industry ressources to perform. Overally a tremendous experience - if you can have it go for it ! Flex conditions allow for work life balance.

Cons

Hours do add up. Pressure to perform. Gotta deliver your numbers. Huge company with lots of processes that take time. Learning curve is steep at first but it get better. A lot of political stuff to deal with on a day to day basis - requires some getting used to.

Pros

Pay is good, especially for cost off living in Cincinnati. Work/life balance is great - much better than other companies. You can learn a lot. P&G puts a premium on training and allows you to explore different areas of the company.

Cons

Extremely structured - almost like the military. you need to be a VP/GM to make decisions. How does one learn to make decisions if you wait till you are that senior? Because employees are not empowered, there is a lot of swirl and wasted time. Benefits are just ok.
