Pros

Professional Development; gaining Marketing expertise; building leadership skills

Cons

As any large company, it may be beaurocratic/slow at times. It is also difficult to introduce innovative/out of the box, unproven ideas.

Pros

P&G hires people who have good morals and ethics. The company treated people well and considered what was going on in your person life to help balance career and family. One limitation is if you are unable to relocate, job opportunies are limited. Cincinnati is full of great opportunities if you are able to move there.

Cons

Working for such a large company can make you feel like a very small fish in a big sea. I believe smaller companies would do a better job of recognizing people for their contributions and getting more contact and feedback from others within the company.

Pros

Good salary and benefits. One of the best companies when it comes to developing the skills of its employees. Cross functional collaboration opportunities. Good work & life balance and a family friendly workplace. Overall good employee morale and most co-workers are knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Cons

Most of the problems come with senior management (Associate Director and above). The decision making process is very slow. Some questionable promotions when it comes to Section head level and above. Appears that business contributions matter very little in who gets promoted. Often, its people taking credit for the work that gets recognized rather than the actual people doing it.
