Pros

Global brand building opportunities, Very Smart and capable cross functional teams, and a very holistic view of what it takes to be successful in the marketplace. Design has been elevated far beyond where it exists in its peer group companies, and the future looks quite bright

Cons

P&G is a very large company, and consequently change happens very slow. Management i cautious to a fault, and the politics that everyone hates exists in great volume. Design culture is coming of age,but requires one to very very tolerant and have the patience f a saint to be successful.

Pros

Some of the best managers that I've ever had in my career were at P&G. I'm sure there are some bad ones, but I've only had positive experiences.

Cons

I hated living in Cincinnati.
