Pros

Great Company, Great Benefits. They recruit very bright people and do a pretty good job of convincing them to move to Cincinnati for their career.

Cons

The products are not as sexy as offerings from Intel or Microsoft, and the money is not as great as a big financial firm.

Pros

Pay and benefits are tops, but you expect that at a mega-corporation. Middle management is stronger than in any other organization I am familiar with; this is more commonly a weak spot. The opportunities for advancement IF you fit in are excellent. The people you work with tend to be sharp. They do a better job at assimilating acquired companies (and their employees) that just about anyone else.

Cons

If you don't fit into their corporate way it can still be a good job, but not as good a career. If you are not ready to relocate advancement will be more difficult. If you are not working in Cincinnati it can be harder to advance.
