Pros

There are a lot of development opportunities, no matter what you are looking for; a lot of trainings. A lot of different categories and departments to work for.

Cons

not a very challenging work all the time. Some times no one understands why we have to do something that is meaningless.

Pros

great training, intelligent people to work with, great name on resume, full responsibility upfront as a fresh graduate regardless of major

Cons

highly political, too structured for entrepreneurial types who like to try different things, not a lot of direct responsibility if satellite office

Cons

- Pretty political organization - Cut-throat competition - Large organization and so requires a lot of effort to stand out
