Pros

The best place to work in the beginning of your career, like a university extension. Great opportunities to grow, since the company has a "promote from within" philosophy. Excellent opportunity for women because focus on gender diversity and work life balance mentality to allow employees develop their career while raise their families.

Cons

Compensation has become less competitive than in the past years.

Pros

- Strongly driven by purpose, values; fair treatment of people; great community projects. - Excellent learning school. - Provides broad international opportunities. I've worked in 4 international locations in my 14 years. Each new assignment was a new country. Excellent expat support. - Very good handling of crisis so far. Focus on protecting what's important: consumer research, brands and people. Salaries are still increasing, benefits are protected, etc. - Great networking and help within functional communities. Fairly good internal training system, which is constantly upgraded.

Cons

- The functional culture can be a bit too strong. Changing functions is a big deal. Even though more functional career paths now lead into general management.
