Pros

P&G offers a great compensation package and wonderful benefits. It's got a great team atmosphere and the internal training program is top-notch. Time off is fairly easy to get and management tends to be very understanding regarding family issues. If you're not looking to move up in the company, being an hourly employee is very satisfying. It's somewhere you can easily retire from and live comfortably.

Cons

It's quite difficult for non-management employees to move up in the company. Favortism is common-place and quite often people with the right skill set are passed over for 'one of the good ole boys (or women) to move forward. Decisions are often made without consulting the people involved and this results in animosity between management and employees.

Pros

Great learning opportunities by the frequent changes of assignments, you can try basically anything you are interested in. Very knowledgeable management to learn from, lots of opportunities both in and outside your homecountry. You can grow a lot within a reasonable time frame, and management takes into account your own carreer aspiration as well. Very dynamic and young working environment. You are given full responsibility basically as of the first day.

Cons

Overtimes are not compensated, but typically required driven by the heavy workload you are given, so managing work-life balance and succeeding in your carreer at the same time could be a bit tough.

Pros

Professional Development; gaining Marketing expertise; building leadership skills

Cons

As any large company, it may be beaurocratic/slow at times. It is also difficult to introduce innovative/out of the box, unproven ideas.
