Pros

They gave you the greatest autonomy you can imagine. It is daunting and tough at the start. Time will fly by, and you'll be struggling everyday on new work, new projects, new presentation, last min requests.. You'll have no choice but to succeed and skills will be developed before you know it - communication skills, expose to leadership team thought processes, leading a team, influencing project directions are just some of them. Frankly, I regretted leaving my comfort zone in a bank after being a top performer there. I struggled at P&G, but after I looked back at my 1 year progress. I can't believe I have grown so much as a person and skills. It is truly my dream company..

Cons

Many good people are leaving the company. They were my inspirations but am sad to see them leave due to leadership changes. Hope we can have more stability and go back to winning.

Pros

Good atmosphere Good pay People is always nice and trying to help you do better

Cons

Theres a right way to do things, a wrong way and a P&G way, the way they do things is completely different from everyone else and sometime people tend to be cocky and arrogant, which can get in the way to develop successful work relations.

Pros

Unrivaled people development driven by the non-negotiable recruit from within policy.

Cons

Inevitably they have too many strong people for the leadership positions available internally
