Pros

P&G is a great company to work for. The size of the company allows for many career advancement opportunities. You are also often provided the opportunity to work in multiple positions, allowing for variety in your career adn the ability to try a new position every few years. P&G also has a comprehensive benefits package including good health benefits, retirement along with many other benefits.

Cons

Since it is such a large company it often takes a long time to come to a decision on a project and their are often many meetings, emails, meetings, meetings, to come to an agreement and begin a project.

Pros

Competitive pay, annual raises, great benefits, profit sharing, stability

Cons

Experienced hires are not given little if any credit for experiences they have from the outside unless very specific need for specialized skills. Definitely a disadvantage if you work there and don't start right out of college.
