Pros

Great place to work especially for those recruited into Band 1 roles. Offers decent benefits, fair salaries and work/life balance.

Cons

Not a great place to work if you come in at the A&T level, it will be difficult and nearly impossible to be promoted

Pros

Great flexibility, good benefits, good culture

Cons

Company isn't good about following their promote from within policy. Inexperienced undergraduates and MBA's are offered virtually all entry level management roles making it extremely difficult for top-rated, tenured employees to move from an A&T role into the management track.
