Pros

very brand based company, lots of perks including company truck once a year where you can purchase P&G products at cost. P&G does live its principle and values

Cons

Very closed for a paper company. P&G has their own way of doing things as P&G and not the traditional way for other paper companies (GP, Wausua, West rock)
