Fairly small company that allows a lot of responsibility and independence to their employees. Potential high earnings for salespeople. Very stable business that has been in the area for decades. A lot of people work their entire careers here.

Cons

It is a smaller company, so there isn't a dedicated person for every role. You will have to think on your feet occasionally.
