Good for freshers. Provides opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons
Management guidelines for annual appraisal bell curve - 70% of the crowd should get Met expectation and no hikes for them. Company is not meeting its goal consequently for last few years, so expect you will not paid with your performance pay mentioned in your CTC fully as their goals is linked to your performance pay. Also dont expect double performance pay if the revenue goal is achieved.
