Working from home, parking lot always available, this place is perfect for those who don't wanna do too much hard work during the day or have freelance work.

Cons

Projects can be a nightmare depend on the team you are in, the management is the worse, promotions are a joke and merit increase are always about 3% or less of your current salary, if you wanna get a salary increase is better just say you are leaving rather than push your self in order to get it by merit, the computers are just a piece of junk, I had to build my own equipment in order to be able to work, I would never recommend this place to a friend

salary ~ok (for Colombia standards) opportunity to travel (depending on project) opportunity of work from home (depending on project) pay extra hours (depending on project) prepaid medicine

Cons

*career path is a big lie (management will only promote you if you already have an offer in other company) *your experience here depends on the project you will be working on (some projects are good, others are boring) *depending on the project you could lose the work/life balance, yes they will pay you for extra hours.... but that is not the idea of "balance" * I saw 2 people being fired and the management saying "It was our mistake, the thing was out of our control and they decide it before we could do anything" (so...what's is management for?)
