Really nice place to work, full of talented people and with nice benefits

Cons

The amount of time waiting for a way to share the parking spots is unbelievable (also the parking spots are wasted). A salary increase would be really nice.

Pros

Great overall. It has a wonderful atmosphere, ideas can be expressed and heard. Very open regarding working from home, work schedules, changing careers. People are great and very talented.

Cons

Lacks transparency. Critical decisions often catch employees by surprise. The office location is not idea, it's very far from the center of the city. Salaries are not ideal, and below similar companies in the city.
