Good place, good environment. Earn is good. Relaxing work!

Cons

Hard to move forward into career path. Although earn is good, it could be better because the benefits of foreign clients (paying in USD)

Nice facilities, nice HR activities. Work-from-Home two days a week.

Cons

Salary is low considering the standard payment for software engineers in the industry. Useless growing program. All they said about career path and promotions is a lie. Real opportunities only exist kiss-asses, no real objective promotion system.
