      Remote work can feel isolating, sorry you are feeling like this. We do strive to ensure that everyone feels like they are part of a team and that each member of the team has a vital roles in our organization. I would encourage you to reach out to your Manager/Supervisor for assistance and let them know what you are desiring as far as coaching and mentorship.

      Pros

      I love working for this company. I started off as a BA working part time. They gave me a raise quickly and paid for our drive time + miles too! After a year I got promoted and plan to move to full time in a few months working as a scheduler soon. They really appreciate and acknowledge their employees even though they’re growing into a bigger more successful company!

      No cons for this company for me :)
