      No raises PERIOD. No recognition, no holiday pay. They're way or no way, they don't want honest feedback. No appreciation. Good or bad your equal

      It is alright for part time, would not stay there for a long term period.

      Pros

      Interact with diverse shoppers in retail, each shopper has a different story to tell about the citrus based juices we made and how they find it hard to find products like the cold pressed orange juice we produces that were not watered down, treated with pesticide chemicals, and did not contain any additives.

      Cons

      It is not sustainable to make a livable wage do to the hours work being reduced while I was there.

      False performance reviews to rid an employee due to speaking “English” in a Spanish speaking demographic

      Pros

      For many years, was able to lead, learn, prioritize team and learning over and being rated #1 (as an individual contributor)

      Cons

      Being fired due to (given reason: performance) performance review was done in November, company had a “high priority” vendor contract signing tour in January. I was fired January 31, Hmmm, after being told “maybe you should be speaking Spanish instead of English”.
