Pros
Good learning opportunity. Good salary hicks, but salary is not the only one thing in our life. If we don't have any personal life what we can do with salary?
Cons
HR team is only for the name sake, no personal & professional life balance, leaving office by 6:30pm is like half day full day means 9:00pm. Management will think if they gave high salary every body will work by leaving family also. Actually this is happened because of old employees who are there for more than 5 years, now if we are expecting the change then it won't happen. One more bad thing, if you worked for any module in your previous project, your entire life in PA will be in same module. Managers doesn't have any control on clients.
