      Pros

      I am allowed to work whatever hours that I want as long as I do an 8 hour shift every day. We are on a military base.

      Cons

      The building is old and paint is literally falling off the ceiling and walls. It is extremely dusty, dark and could be much cleaner. There is no room for moving up or making any more money. There is no yearly bonus or yearly evaluations. If you ask about moving up or more pay you get ignored. Moral could be much better. Overall, it's a job and it somewhat pays the bills..

      At my level (fairly low), we were given a bit of autonomy assuming you are capable and do not require micro management.

      Cons

      I did not see a lot of opportunity for growth in the position I was in.
