We're making a difference in people's lives. We care about and assist individuals (our client's consumers) and organizations (our clients) obtain financial health by respectfully restoring integrity into past due obligations. We are about "making giants" of all of our employees. To that end we've developed Collector U and Leader U. Leader U is a full day of education each quarter for our supervisors, managers and leaders, including an additional four days of education during their first year. Our Give Back program, paying all employees up to 40 hours a year to volunteer, enables employees' to pursue their passion for making a difference outside of work. We use LEAN as how we do continuous improvement, which also gives all employees an immediate voice. We strongly integrate both behavioral science and data science into operations, and along with a strong data vendor program, make the job of our employees much more meaningful. Lastly, we embrace Transparency and Accountability--and have an amazing team of very caring people that embrace personal accountability to make a difference for our clients and their consumers.
