In an time and space where employees are hard to find and keep the policy adjustments and actions under new management do not tell me I am valued as am employee.

This team is a great team all around, We are a team however we are in charge of our own tasks. Such a friendly environment and there is always someone to answer questions.

Cons

When discussing a possible change it does take months to get a yes or no answer.

Pros

Working at professional you never know how your day is going to go but thats what makes it exciting! This company makes you feel more then just someone to answer phones they push you to be the best you can be. You have to have tough skin to work with this company. Professional encourages it's employees to get our and volunteer in our community and help plus its paid!

Cons

some days your yelled at all day on the phone.
