There's a lot of depth of knowledge and they're the biggest in the game in the area.

Really the only con is sometimes it gets a little hectic and training takes a backseat, and the health insurance is blue cross blue shield

Pros

A diverse mix of clients. I consult with architects, building owners, contractors and developers. Each brings a different perspective to a project and a different set of goals to each design. This provides growth opportunities on a daily basis.

Cons

Pay is adequate but not exceptional. There is an opportunity for ownership that is incredible provided you stay for an extended period of time. I don’t know of a better way to secure your financial independence.
