Managers act like they are about you and your well-being, but they don't. They're on the places that pulls the "we're going to meditate today!" instead of doing anythign that would actually be impactful to their employees. Like giving them PTO.
Only cares about metrics.
No work-life balance.
Flat out lied to by management. Was told that I could get up as much as I needed to due to health issues, and then later got in trouble for doing that.
