I have worked for PPDG over 7 years. I can truly say this is a great place to work. I have always been treated well. Staff is very professional and accommodating.

Pros

There are plenty of opportunities with this company and they work hard to stay in touch with you. They pay fairly.

Cons

I found it overall difficult to be a government contract employee vs. GS employee. The health insurance was not as great and the leave allotted was not equal. My biggest issue was the benefits and expectations compared to the other employees in the workplace. I don't see this as a strictly PPDG issue, more of a government contracting issue in general.
